This product is a reinforced filter disc with flange mounting holes, integrally edge-welded with stamped metal frame and multi-layer stainless steel filter mesh. It is a dedicated matching filter element for flange type filters and oil filters.
- Structural Design: Evenly reserved bolt mounting holes on the outer ring for direct bolt fastening installation. Grid reinforcing rib structure on the back greatly improves pressure resistance, preventing mesh bulging, deformation, welding failure and material leakage under high pressure. Custom non-standard inner/outer diameter, hole position and hole spacing are available.

Q1: Can this flange filter disc be customized according to drawings or samples?
A1: Customization based on drawings, samples and dimension requirements is supported. Outer diameter, inner diameter, quantity & pitch of mounting holes, thickness and filtration precision can all be adjusted as required.
Q2: How to select filter disc material?
A2: Galvanized frame with 304 mesh is suitable for normal temperature ordinary oil working conditions; full 316/316L stainless steel is recommended for acid, alkali, high temperature and corrosive media.
Q3: Can the clogged filter disc be cleaned and reused?
A3: Yes. After disassembly, clean impurities with diesel oil, ultrasonic cleaning or high-pressure air blowing, assemble for reuse after drying to greatly reduce consumable cost.
Q4: Are samples available for testing?
A4: Yes. Sample fee will be charged for small quantity samples, which can be deducted from bulk order payment after formal order placement. Freight collect or prepaid shipping are both negotiable.
