Q1: Does this filter need external power to complete self-cleaning?
A1: No. The core adopts internal hydraulic self-driving structure, using the pressure of fuel medium itself to drive the cleaning mechanism. Only the solenoid valve needs 24V/220V small power supply for signal control, no large motor or air source required.
Q2: Can the filter work continuously during backwashing? Will the pipeline stop oil supply?
A2: Yes, online uninterrupted cleaning design. The internal diversion structure separates filtration and cleaning flow, the main fuel pipeline maintains normal supply during backwashing, no shutdown of the engine system.
Q3: What if the electronic control valve fails suddenly during ship navigation?
A3: We reserve a red manual emergency cleaning handle on the top of the filter. When electrical parts malfunction, you can manually trigger the cleaning cycle to ensure the filter runs normally temporarily.
Q4: What kinds of fuel oil is this filter suitable for?
