1. Product Description
This product is a 316L stainless steel multi-layer sintered mesh filter tube. It is integrally formed by vacuum high-temperature sintering of multi-layer metal wire mesh, with stainless steel external thread connectors and sealing end caps welded on both ends. Featuring firm structure, excellent pressure resistance, temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, it is a reusable high-precision tubular precision filter element.

Q1: Can we customize different filtration precision and dimensions?
A: Customization is fully supported. Filtration precision ranges from 0.5μm to 100μm. Outer diameter, total length, thread specification, end structure and mesh layers can be customized per drawings or samples. Our engineers assist model selection and precision matching.
Q2: How to clean the clogged filter tube? How many times can it be reused?
A: Regeneration methods include high-pressure backwashing, ultrasonic cleaning and dilute acid soaking. It can be regenerated dozens of times under normal working conditions, with much longer service life than ordinary mesh filters.
Q3: Can material be changed to 304 stainless steel? Are other materials available?
A: 316L is standard configuration, 304 stainless steel is optional. For extreme corrosive environment, Hastelloy, Monel and titanium sintered filters can be customized.
Q4: What is the maximum pressure resistance of this filter tube?
A: Burst pressure of standard structure ≥3.5MPa. Reinforced customized version with thicker wall and extra mesh layers can reach above 8MPa. Structural design can be adjusted according to system working pressure.
Q5: What is your after-sales quality guarantee policy?
A: Inspection documents are attached for each shipment. Defective products caused by our sintering or machining defects will be remade and delivered free of charge. Damages during transportation can be replaced after photo verification. Long-term quality guarantee agreements can be signed for strategic cooperation clients.
