Q1: Can you make other replacement part numbers & print custom codes? A: Yes, we can print custom LOGO & part numbers, customize length and filtration rating to fit all brands of candle filter vessels.

Q2: Is this filter reusable after clogging? A: It can be regenerated by backwash or solvent soaking for limited repeated use; mostly disposable for high-viscosity fluid working conditions.

Q3: Is the filter media resistant to strong acid & alkali? A: Standard version works for most solvents & mild acid/alkali; special anti-corrosion material is available for extreme corrosive environment customization.

Q4: Can we get original-style packaging? A: Neutral packing, customer-branded customized packaging and original-style simple packing are all available as requested.

Q5: What is your quality after-sales policy? A: Inspection documents attached for each shipment. Defective items caused by our production defects will be remade & re-delivered free of charge. Damages in transit can be replaced after photo confirmation.
